Jason M. Hill has spent more than 20 years helping small and midsized organizations identify the root causes behind financial and operational inefficiencies. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic perspective to tax preparation, bookkeeping systems, and process improvement. His background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. For higher education clients, his strength lies in building organized, repeatable financial processes that reduce confusion, improve reporting readiness, and support better decision-making. His approach is practical, analytical, and focused on helping organizations stop losing time, money, and energy to preventable financial issues.

Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping workflows, understand their systems, and get more value from their financial tools. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset to every engagement.
