His background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, bringing process discipline and operational clarity to client engagements. Entrepreneurs value his ability to diagnose problems quickly, simplify complexity, and build practical systems that support healthier financial operations and long-term growth.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader with deep experience in organizational growth, infrastructure design, and process improvement. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and helped businesses strengthen operations through better systems, data use, and strategic planning. Her academic background includes degrees from Tufts University, Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. At Sound Advice Bookkeeping, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to building sustainable business operations for entrepreneurs. Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping processes, financial workflows, and day-to-day business functionality. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for systems, usability, and workflow improvement.
