His background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Clients value his ability to connect financial data with better business decisions, not just cleaner reports. His leadership has helped shape a bookkeeping model built around clarity, accountability, and customized support for entrepreneurs who need more than basic transaction entry.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader with deep experience in organizational growth, process design, and data-informed decision-making. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and helped businesses build stronger infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Her academic background includes degrees from Tufts University, Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping workflows, understand QuickBooks more effectively, and build stronger day-to-day financial habits. Known for his empowering teaching style, he helps business owners and teams get more value from their bookkeeping systems instead of feeling overwhelmed by them. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for functionality, process improvement, and practical solutions.
