His background combines business strategy, management accounting insight, and process improvement expertise. Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that support his structured, results-oriented approach to finance operations.

Dr. Ali earned a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs with a concentration in Non-Profit Business Management, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. She brings strategic insight and operational discipline to every client engagement.

Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping processes, financial workflows, and day-to-day system use. At Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he supports organizations with practical solutions that make financial operations easier to manage and easier to understand. Clients value his ability to translate bookkeeping details into clear next steps, especially when improving tools like QuickBooks and related processes. His approach is hands-on, empowering, and focused on long-term functionality rather than quick fixes. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and is known for spotting workflow improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and confidence across the bookkeeping function.
