As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a practical, diagnostic approach to bookkeeping and business systems, helping clients understand where money, time, and energy are being lost. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that support the firm's structured, process-driven approach. His work is centered on giving business owners clearer financial visibility and better systems for sustainable growth.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and managing partner who brings deep expertise in organizational infrastructure, process design, and data-informed decision-making. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and helped businesses build stronger internal systems that support growth. Her background includes a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. At Sound Advice Bookkeeping, she helps shape the firm's thoughtful, client-centered approach to service delivery.
