Jason M. Hill has spent more than 20 years helping small and midsized businesses identify the root causes behind lost time, money, and energy. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic approach to financial operations, systems, and process improvement that goes beyond basic bookkeeping. His background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Restaurant owners benefit from his ability to diagnose workflow issues, improve reporting structures, and build accounting processes that support smarter day-to-day decisions and sustainable growth.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and managing partner with deep experience in building infrastructure, designing effective processes, and using data to drive better outcomes. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and supported growth through operational strategy, capital planning, and organizational development. She earned her BA from Tufts University, an MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. Her perspective helps restaurant clients strengthen the systems behind their bookkeeping, improve internal processes, and create a more stable financial foundation for growth, staffing, and day-to-day management.

Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients understand their books and improve the way their businesses function. Known for his practical, empowering style, he helps business owners get more value from QuickBooks, bookkeeping workflows, and financial processes they may have overlooked. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for improving functionality and day-to-day systems.
