As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic lens to bookkeeping that goes beyond compliance and focuses on operational clarity. His background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that support the firm's structured, process-driven approach. Creative entrepreneurs benefit from his ability to connect financial systems with practical business decisions, helping owners build cleaner workflows and stronger foundations for growth.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and sociologist with deep experience building infrastructure, improving processes, and using data to support better outcomes. Over the past two decades, she has led nonprofit organizations and helped businesses strengthen operations, scale thoughtfully, and align systems with long-term goals. Her academic background includes degrees from Tufts University, Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. At Sound Advice Bookkeeping, she brings a people-centered perspective to financial operations, helping clients create processes that are both effective and sustainable. Chris Gibson has spent more than 15 years helping clients understand their books, improve workflows, and get more value from their financial systems. Known for an empowering teaching style, he helps business owners build confidence in QuickBooks, bookkeeping processes, and the day-to-day mechanics that support healthier operations. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University, bringing both analytical discipline and creative perspective to his work. That combination makes him especially effective with creative entrepreneurs who need financial structure without losing sight of how their businesses actually function. He is skilled at translating bookkeeping details into practical next steps, helping clients improve visibility, streamline routines, and make better-informed decisions with less overwhelm.
