Jason M. Hill has spent more than 20 years helping small and midsized businesses identify the root causes behind stalled growth, wasted time, and lost revenue. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic lens to accounting support, combining business analysis with practical systems thinking. Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Clients value his ability to turn messy financial and operational challenges into clear, workable solutions that support stronger decision-making, cleaner books, and more efficient business processes.

Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping processes, understand QuickBooks more effectively, and build stronger day-to-day financial workflows. Known for his empowering teaching style, Chris helps business owners gain confidence in their books rather than simply handing over reports they do not understand. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for functionality, workflow improvement, and practical problem-solving. At Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he supports clients with high-value solutions that often uncover efficiencies they had not previously considered.
