Jason M. Hill has spent more than 20 years helping small and midsized businesses identify the root causes behind stalled growth, wasted resources, and operational inefficiencies. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic mindset to financial systems, business processes, and advisory support that goes beyond routine bookkeeping. Jason is known for helping clients understand where money, time, and energy are being lost and how to build stronger structures for long-term success. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, bringing disciplined execution and process expertise to every client engagement.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and managing partner at Sound Advice Bookkeeping with deep experience in organizational growth, infrastructure, and process design. Over the past two decades, she has led nonprofit organizations and helped businesses strengthen operations, use data more effectively, and build systems that support measurable outcomes. Her perspective adds valuable depth to advisory work, especially for organizations navigating growth, change, or complexity. Dr. Ali earned a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. She is widely recognized for combining strategic thinking, operational insight, and people-centered leadership in ways that help clients build stronger businesses.

Chris Gibson has helped Sound Advice Bookkeeping clients improve financial workflows and gain practical confidence in their bookkeeping processes for more than 15 years. He is known for presenting thoughtful, high-value solutions that clients may not have considered on their own, especially when it comes to QuickBooks, reporting, and day-to-day financial organization. Chris combines technical know-how with a teaching mindset, helping business owners better understand their books and use financial information more effectively. His empowering approach makes him a trusted resource for clients who want more than transactional support. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for functionality, process improvement, and business systems that support smoother operations.
