Jason M. Hill has spent more than 20 years helping small and midsized businesses identify the root causes behind lost time, money, and operational inefficiency. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a strategic perspective that goes beyond basic bookkeeping to improve systems, processes, and financial visibility. Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Clients value his ability to diagnose business challenges clearly, build practical solutions, and create accounting support structures that help firms operate with more confidence, consistency, and control.

Her background includes a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. Chris Gibson has helped Sound Advice Bookkeeping clients improve bookkeeping processes and gain stronger financial understanding for more than 15 years. Known for his practical, empowering style, he helps business owners get more value from QuickBooks, reporting workflows, and day-to-day bookkeeping systems. Chris earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for functionality, organization, and process improvement.
