Jason M. Hill brings more than 20 years of experience helping small and midsized organizations identify the root causes behind financial and operational inefficiencies. As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he focuses on building practical systems that reduce wasted time, money, and energy. His background combines business strategy, process improvement, and management insight, making him a valuable resource for nonprofits that need more than basic bookkeeping. Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that support his structured, solutions-focused approach to helping organizations strengthen financial operations and pursue their missions with greater clarity.

Dr. Ali Hill brings two decades of leadership experience with a strong background in nonprofit operations, infrastructure, and growth. She has run nonprofit organizations and offers practical expertise in process design, data-informed decision-making, capital raising, and organizational development. Her perspective is especially valuable for mission-driven teams that need bookkeeping support aligned with broader operational goals. Dr. Ali earned a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs with a concentration in Non-Profit Business Management, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. Her blend of nonprofit leadership and analytical insight helps clients build stronger systems that support accountability, sustainability, and long-term impact.

Chris Gibson has spent more than 15 years helping clients understand their books, improve workflows, and get more value from their financial systems. Known for his practical and empowering style, he helps organizations build confidence in bookkeeping processes and day-to-day financial management. Chris often identifies high-value improvements clients may not have considered, especially in QuickBooks usage and reporting workflows. His approach is especially helpful for nonprofits that need dependable records without adding unnecessary complexity. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a detail-oriented eye to improving business functionality.
