As founder of Sound Advice Bookkeeping, he brings a consulting mindset to accounting support, helping clients move beyond surface-level bookkeeping and into better systems, stronger processes, and clearer decision-making. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Management. Jason is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, credentials that reinforce his structured, process-driven approach. Clients value his ability to diagnose operational issues, simplify complexity, and build practical financial workflows that support long-term business performance.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and managing partner with deep experience in organizational infrastructure, process design, and data-informed growth. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and helped businesses strengthen the systems that support sustainable performance. Her background brings valuable perspective to professional services firms that need accounting support tied to operations, outcomes, and long-term planning. Dr. Ali earned a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients improve bookkeeping workflows, understand their financial tools, and get more value from their accounting systems. Known for his practical and empowering style, he helps businesses build confidence in QuickBooks, bookkeeping processes, and day-to-day financial operations. Chris often identifies high-value improvements clients had not previously considered, making him especially valuable for professional services firms that need cleaner workflows and better reporting. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a detail-oriented eye to business functionality and process improvement.
