Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Clients value his ability to turn messy financial and operational challenges into clear, workable solutions that support stronger decision-making, cleaner books, and more efficient business processes.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader with deep experience in organizational growth, infrastructure, and process design. Over the past two decades, she has led non-profit organizations and helped businesses strengthen operations through better systems, smarter use of data, and scalable internal processes. Her academic background includes a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and brings a sharp eye for functionality, workflow improvement, and practical problem-solving.
