Jason holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Management. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Clients value his ability to diagnose operational issues, simplify complexity, and build practical solutions that support sustainable business growth.

Dr. Ali Hill is a business leader and managing partner known for helping organizations build stronger infrastructure, processes, and data-driven decision-making. Over the past two decades, she has led nonprofit organizations and supported growth through operational design, capital strategy, and business systems improvement. Her background brings valuable perspective to clients who need more than transactional bookkeeping and want support building a healthier business foundation. Dr. Ali earned a BA from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a PhD in Sociology from The Graduate Center at CUNY. She is especially valued for combining strategic thinking, organizational insight, and practical execution in support of long-term business outcomes.

Chris Gibson has more than 15 years of experience helping clients understand their books, improve workflows, and get more value from their financial systems. As Senior Controller and Bookkeeper, he is known for translating accounting processes into practical, usable guidance that helps business owners feel more confident and capable. Chris brings a strong eye for functionality and process improvement, along with deep experience supporting QuickBooks and day-to-day bookkeeping operations. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University, and clients appreciate his thoughtful, empowering approach to teaching as much as his technical skill.
